TIRAMISU-  Kahlua, Gran Marnier flavoured cream of mascarpone, layered with espresso soaked ladyfingers, topped with curls of bitter chocolate

LA CREAZIONE - warm white chocolate cheesecake, wrapped in layers of phyllo, topped with sour cherries

TORTA D'AMORE - warm decadent chocolate cake, smooth lava like center, topped with vanilla bean gelato

DELIZIA DI FORMAGGIO - assorted cheese plate highlighted by a smoked cheese custard and date and raisin jam  

LIMONE E PISTACCHIO - lemon and pistachio napoleon topped with meringue and rasberry foam
